Deep Tissue
For those seeking more pressure, deep tissue treatment integrates massage techniques and trigger point therapy. Ideal for addressing muscle pain, this method involves strategic communication to gauge your pain tolerance and response to discomfort.
Throughout the session, we’ll target specific areas, aiming for pain relief and improved mobility. While some may find it relaxing during the treatment, the primary goal is post-treatment pain reduction, leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed. Soreness may occur immediately after but will dissipate within a day or two. This treatment is typically administered in shorts (and sports bras for female clients).
Myofascial Release
Targeting improved mobility and persistent dull pain, myofascial release therapy includes manual fascial release, assisted movements, and stretching, or joint mobilization. We’ll identify areas for improvement, discussing expectations for discomfort and communication during the session. These treatments are typically in shorts (and sports bras for female clients).
Cupping therapy – Myofascial Decompression
Different from Traditional Chinese Medicine cupping, my approach utilizes cupping’s vacuum effect, combined with movement, to release fascial lines and improve mobility. These short and intense sessions can be combined with fascial stretch therapy for enhanced flexibility. Sessions are administered in shorts (and sports bras for female clients).

Relaxation
Broad, even pressure is applied to most areas of the body, helping your body and mind decrease stress signals.
Breathing and meditation techniques are used to help your state of mind shift back into balance. These sessions can use traditional sheets or can be done in shorts, to your preference.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Designed to alleviate swelling post-surgery or injury, manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle treatment focusing on fluid and inflammation removal. Sessions involve minimal checking in and progress systematically from the joint closest to the injury. These treatments are typically in shorts (and sports bras for female clients).

Temporomandibular Joint Therapy (TMJ-D)
Focusing on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) in this therapy, I address issues such as jaw clicking, cracking, poor tracking or discomfort. Beneficial for those who clench or grind their teeth, this therapy also alleviates headaches caused by tension in the jaw and neck.
We begin with a discussion on communication during treatment, including the option for intra-oral treatment with gloves. The session combines various techniques, including deep tissue work, fascial release, and joint mobilization, with frequent communication about pressure levels. Wear whatever is comfortable for neck and face treatments.
