About Me
As a registered massage therapist with a background in strength and conditioning, my journey has been deeply rooted in understanding biomechanics and movement quality.
I honed my skills in movement assessment at the Biomechanics lab at the University of Toronto and have provided exercise and movement programs for a diverse range of athletes throughout my strength and conditioning career.
Now, I leverage my expertise in manual therapy to enhance movement even further, providing comprehensive support to individuals dealing with pain, postural issues, recovery from injuries, or those looking to elevate their physical performance.
Therapy + Movement
Our bodies are designed to move and how we move matters. Injury or pain can sometimes change the way we move and, if left unchecked, can lead to further pain or injury. Manual therapy can create an opportunity for a better quality of movement and improved posture by decreasing pain and improving range of motion. Using these opportunities to teach our bodies to move in a pain-free way can create long-term outcomes, building longevity and elevating your quality of life.

Therapy + Mindfulness
The circumstances of life can produce a high stress signal that can be difficult to manage. Relaxation massage is a therapy that can help you control those signals and manage them, creating a clean slate for your state of mind. This therapy is gentle, and is meant to activate the part of your nervous system that decreases stress. Breathing techniques and meditation are used during the therapy to refocus your thoughts, bringing you back into balance.
